After painstaking for more than one decade, we have developed nine oil analyzer models widely applying in oil wells, ports, airports, transportation, machinery and scientific agencies. The principle of THY series oil quality analyzers is to determine the extent of oil variation according to variation of comprehensive dielectric constant in lubricant. In this way we can decide whether the lubricant is usable and scientifically replace it in a reasonable time. Based on monitoring and abnormal variation of oil quality, we can forecast malfunction of equipments, reasonably arrange maintenance scheme and prolong life span of equipments. In 2001, it won the second prize for technology progress in the military system of China, patents in China including one invention patent and three design patents. It introduced CIS in the same year.
